What channels will I get?
With a Saorview aerial you receive Irish free-to-air channels including RTÉ One, RTÉ2, Virgin Media One, TG4 and more. With a satellite dish aligned to Astra 28.2°E you receive UK free-to-air channels such as BBC, ITV, Channel 4 and Channel 5. Channel availability depends on your aerial or dish setup.
Do I need a Sky subscription?
No. The box receives free-to-air channels only. You do not pay any subscription to watch those channels.
Will this work with my existing Sky dish?
In most cases, yes. A standard Sky minidish aligned to Astra 28.2°E works for free-to-air satellite reception. You may need a second cable run if you want to use both tuners simultaneously.
What internet connection do I need?
The box does not need internet to watch live TV. Internet is only required for software/EPG updates and streaming plugins if you choose to use them.
Is the box ready to use out of the box?
We pre-configure every box with OpenViX, AutoBouquetsMaker tuned regions, and an 8-day programme guide. You still need to connect it to your TV, aerial or dish, and power.
What warranty do you offer?
Every AnBosca TV Box comes with a 24-month warranty covering hardware defects.
Can I return it?
Yes. Under EU consumer law you have 14 days from delivery to cancel your order for any reason. The box must be returned in original condition.
